Pilot in the Royal Air Force. Commenced banking in 1970, Managing Director of a Canadian Bank subsidiary in UK, CEO of Citibank Business Credit, Sales Director of UK subsidiary of Danish Institution. Cofounded Quadrant Risk Management International Ltd in 1991. Quadrant specialized in Governance Risk and Compliance and traded in Europe, North America ND South East Asia. The company was acquired by Hewlett Packard in 2010. Paul moved to the US at this time where he developed a practice around Enterprise Risk Management and Financial Crime
Paul brings 40 years of banking and consulting experience in the area of Risk and Financial Crime. Paul is on the Board of Trustees of the The Hilltop Montessori School, Brattleboro, VT and serves on the Development Review Board in Wilmington VT.
